Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): ₱150 for Metro Manila, ₱200 for provinces
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days): ₱300 for Metro Manila, ₱400 for provinces
• Free Shipping: On orders over ₱1,500 within Metro Manila

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within the Philippines only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your Maison Staré products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

How to Return

1. Contact us at hello@maisonstare.com to initiate a return
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
3. Package your items securely with the return authorization number
4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@maisonstare.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
